How much do I need to invest to get an Investor Visa?

Can I get an Investor Visa without starting a company?
No, this visa is directly tied to your status as a shareholder in a UAE company. The first step is always the company formation. An alternative is a property investor visa, which requires purchasing real estate of a certain value.
How long can I stay outside the UAE with an Investor Visa?
To keep your Investor Visa valid, you must not remain outside the UAE for more than 180 consecutive days (six months). Some Golden Visas do not have this restriction.
